Anti-Serum Amyloid A Antibody [607]

This Mouse monoclonal antibody, available through Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range, targets Serum Amyloid A and is conjugated to HRP for ELISA applications. Clone 607 is raised in Mouse and is of the IgG2a isotype, with reactivity confirmed against Human samples.

The immunogen was highly purified recombinant human SAA, and the antibody recognises both natural and recombinant human SAA. Cross-reactivity testing demonstrates no recognition of IL-1ß, IL-8, MCAF, TGF-ß, or EGF.

Supplied as a liquid purified by Protein G affinity chromatography, the antibody is formulated in 0.01 M Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.2 with 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C upon delivery, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The epitope is reported as Sp2/0-Ag14.
