Anti-Serum Amyloid A Antibody [585]

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal (585) antibody targets Serum Amyloid A and is validated for ELISA and WB applications. It is raised in Mouse, classified as monoclonal with clone ID 585, and is of the IgG2b isotype. The reagent is provided unconjugated and reacts with Human samples.

Highly purified recombinant human SAA was used as the immunogen, and the antibody recognises both natural and recombinant human SAA. It does not cross-react with IL-1ß, IL-8, MCAF, TGF-ß or EGF. Purification is performed by Protein G affinity chromatography, and the product is supplied lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The epitope is reported as Sp2/0-Ag14, and the product is reconstituted with double distilled water.
