Anti-Serum Amyloid A Antibody [38] - Identical to Thermo (MA1-26063)

This Mouse monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Serum Amyloid A and is supplied as a lyophilised preparation. It is a primary antibody of the IgG2b isotype, unconjugated, and validated for ELISA and WB applications.

Clone 38 was raised against highly purified recombinant human SAA and recognises both natural and recombinant human SAA. The reagent reacts with human samples and does not cross-react with IL-1ß, IL-8, MCAF, TGF-ß or EGF. It is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and lyophilised from a solution of 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2.

Concentration is reconstitution dependent. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Reconstitution is performed with double distilled water.
