Anti-Serum Amyloid A Antibody [132]

Mouse monoclonal (clone 132) antibody to Serum Amyloid A, supplied by Antibodies.com as a lyophilised primary antibody reagent. The antibody is of IgG3 isotype and is unconjugated, with reactivity directed against human Serum Amyloid A. It has been validated for use in ELISA.

The reagent was raised against highly purified recombinant human SAA and recognises both natural and recombinant human SAA. It does not cross-react with IL-1ß, IL-8, MCAF, TGF-ß or EGF. Purification is carried out by Protein G affinity chromatography, and the product is formulated lyophilised from a 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline solution at pH 7.2. The concentration is reconstitution dependent; the antibody is reconstituted with double-distilled water.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
