Anti-Serum Amyloid A Antibody [115] - Identical to Abcam (ab687)

Antibodies.com offers a mouse monoclonal antibody directed against Serum Amyloid A, raised in a mouse host with an IgG1 isotype and supplied as an unconjugated, lyophilised preparation. The clone, identified as 115, is reactive with human samples.

This reagent is validated for ELISA and WB applications and was raised against highly purified recombinant human Serum Amyloid A. It recognises both natural and recombinant human SAA, and does not recognise IL-1ß, IL-8, MCAF, TGF-ß or EGF.

The antibody is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and formulated as a lyophilised product from 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.2. It is reconstituted with double distilled water, shipped at 4°C, and upon arrival aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
