Anti-SERTAD1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the SERTAD1 target, offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary reagent validated for Western blotting. The antibody is produced in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen corresponding to residues in human SERTAD1, with SDS-PAGE indicating a purity greater than 95%. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is reported to detect endogenous levels of SERTAD1 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 25 kDa. Reactivity has been demonstrated with human, mouse and rat samples. The SERTAD1 target corresponds to the SERTA domain-containing 1 protein, mapped to chromosome 19 and annotated with low tissue specificity and a subcellular localisation to the nucleoplasm and Golgi apparatus.
