Anti-SERTAD1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the SERTAD1 transcriptional co-activator, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody supports detection of the endogenous protein in standard Western blot workflows. SERTAD1 (also known as SEI-1 or TRIP-Br1) is a nuclear regulator that stabilizes Cyclin D1/CDK4 complexes to promote G1/S progression, so the reagent is commonly used in studies of cell-cycle control, oncogenic transformation, and chromatin-associated transcriptional programmes.

The antibody was validated for reactivity against human, mouse, and rat SERTAD1, giving it cross-species coverage for comparative lysate panels. The 100 ul vial is provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% glycerol as cryoprotectant, and should be stored frozen at -20 degrees C in single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles of the reconstituted stock. For Western blot, working dilutions commonly start in the 1:500 to 1:2000 range against whole-cell lysates prepared in standard RIPA buffer.
