From Antibodies.com, this rabbit-derived primary antibody is raised against SERPINF1 (Pigment epithelium-derived factor, also referred to as Serpin F1, EPC-1, and cell proliferation-inducing gene 35 protein) and is affinity-purified using the immunogen. The reagent is supplied as an unconjugated polyclonal antiserum at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The product is offered in a 50 µL aliquot and is shipped at 4°C; for long-term stability it should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. The antibody recognizes the endogenous human SERPINF1 protein and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity demonstrated in human and mouse samples. As a polyclonal reagent produced in rabbit, it targets multiple epitopes on SERPINF1, making it well suited for detection workflows in basic and translational research. The preparation is intended for research use only and is not approved for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
