Anti-SERPINE2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against SERPINE2 (also referred to as SERPINE2/PN-1). The reagent is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) use on mouse samples, with a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000, and the supplier listings also include IHC among the tested applications. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 44 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 20–398 of human SERPINE2 (NP_006207.1).
