Anti-SERPINE1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets SERPINE1, also known as PAI-1. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 150–250 of human PAI-1/Serpin E1 (NP_000593.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 48 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
