Anti-SERPINB9 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against SERPINB9, also referred to as PI-9. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, with reactivity reported against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–376 of human SERPINB9 (NP_004146.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 42 kDa. The product is provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Storage guidance is shipment at 4°C, followed by aliquoting and storage at -20°C, with avoidance of repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:10–1:100.
