Anti-SERPINB4 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets SERPINB4, also called SCCA1, a member of the serpin superfamily of serine protease inhibitors that is normally expressed in squamous epithelia and is widely studied as a clinical biomarker of squamous cell carcinoma. The antibody is provided as a 100 µl aliquot at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, supplied unconjugated so that researchers can pair it with fluorophore- or enzyme-based secondary detection chemistries of their own choosing.

Validated for western blot and immunocytochemistry, the polyclonal antibody recognizes human, mouse and rat SERPINB4 and is well matched to whole-cell lysates and methanol- or paraformaldehyde-fixed cell preparations.
