Anti-SERPINB3 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets SERPINB3 (also referred to as SerpinB3/SCCA) and is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. Reactivity has been confirmed against human and mouse samples, and the antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–230 of human SerpinB3 (NP_008850.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 45 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid, affinity-purified preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
