Anti-SERPINB3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as catalog number A36683, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against human SERPINB3 (also known as SCCA, SCCA-1, T4-A, Serpin B3, or squamous cell carcinoma antigen 1) and specifically detects the endogenous total protein. The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated IgG at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen (a recombinant fragment of human SERPINB3) and formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and has been shown to react with both human and mouse samples. Vials are shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt they should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
