Anti-SERPINB1 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against SERPINB1 and supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunofluorescence (IF), and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen used was recombinant full length human SERPINB1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the SERPINB1 protein. The host species is Rabbit and the antibody is of the IgG isotype.

The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 43 kDa.
