Anti-SERPINB1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against SERPINB1, also referred to as SERPINB1/PI2. Supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form, the reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples [S1, S2].

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 100–379 of human SERPINB1 (NP_109591.1) [S1, S2]. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300; the target molecular weight is 45 kDa [S1, S2]. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for both IHC and ICC/IF [S1, S2]. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided [S1, S2].

Supporting validation images include a Western blot of multiple cell line extracts at 1:1,000 dilution (25 µg lysate per lane, 1 s exposure), IHC of paraffin-embedded mouse and rat spleen at 1:100 dilution following high-pressure antigen retrieval with 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0, and immunofluorescence of HeLa cells at 1:50 with DAPI nuclear counterstain [S2].
