Anti-SERPINA9 Antibody

Produced in rabbit hosts and supplied by Antibodies.com as a polyclonal reagent, this unconjugated primary antibody targets SERPINA9, a serpin-family protein recognised in the hematopathology literature as GCET1 (germinal centre expressed transcript 1). SERPINA9 expression is largely restricted to germinal centre B-cells, and immunohistochemical detection of the protein has been used to characterise germinal centre-derived lymphomas, including follicular lymphoma and the germinal centre B-cell subtype of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.

The reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples, supporting its use on lymphoma tissue microarrays, tonsillar sections employed as positive controls, and routine FFPE lymphoma diagnostic panels. Supplied as 100 µL of unconjugated antisera, it can be paired with anti-rabbit secondary reagents chosen by the researcher for chromogenic or fluorescent detection.
