Anti-SERPINA4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com that selectively recognizes human SERPINA4, the serpin-family serine protease inhibitor commonly known as kallistatin. Supplied unconjugated in a 100 µl liquid format, the reagent supports western blot, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry applications across research workflows.

SERPINA4 inhibits tissue kallikrein and contributes to vasodilation, angiogenesis, and modulation of inflammatory signaling. Reduced kallistatin levels have been documented in hepatocellular and gastric carcinoma studies, where anti-SERPINA4 antibodies aid tumor-microenvironment, vascular-biology, and expression-profiling work. The polyclonal IgG host response was raised against the human antigen, and reactivity has been characterized against human samples with limited cross-reactivity to other species as tested.
