Anti-SERPINA1 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against alpha 1 Antitrypsin (SERPINA1). The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified from the immunogen, a recombinant fusion protein spanning amino acids 25–315 of human Alpha-1 Antitrypsin (NP_000286.3).

Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence on human, mouse and rat samples, the antibody carries a reported molecular weight of 51 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:100–1:500, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided; concentration is reported as lot specific.
