Anti-Serpin A5 Antibody

From the Antibodies.com catalogue, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against Serpin A5. It is unconjugated, raised in rabbit, and reactive with human samples, validated for Western blot (WB) applications.

The manufacturer datasheet states that the immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human Serpin A5, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total Serpin A5 protein.

The antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated as rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
