Anti-SERCA1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a research-grade primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the sarcoplasmic/endoplasmic reticulum calcium ATPase 1 (SERCA1) and is supplied in a 50 µL format at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen corresponding to a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human SERCA1, and it is unconjugated, with an IgG isotype and a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA, and the reagent has been confirmed to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, detecting endogenous levels of the SERCA1 protein. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and, upon arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
