Supplied by Antibodies.com as a Rabbit polyclonal reagent, this unconjugated primary antibody targets SERC3 (also known as DIFF33, Serine incorporator 3, TDE1, and Tumor differentially expressed protein 1) for use in western blotting, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and ELISA workflows. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and was raised against a synthetic peptide derived from the human SERC3 sequence (amino acids 361–410), then purified from rabbit serum by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide. It recognizes a target with an apparent molecular weight of approximately 52 kDa and shows reactivity across Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, with no reported cross-reactivity. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1000 for WB, 1:100–1:500 for IF, and 1:20,000 for ELISA, and the product is offered in liquid form in 10 µg and 100 µg sizes, supplied in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance. This reagent is intended for research use only and is not approved for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
