Anti-SERC2 Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against SERC2 (Serine incorporator 2, also known as TDE2L) and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot in PBS buffer containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated IgG polyclonal antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunofluorescence (IF) applications and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with no reported cross-reactivity. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:100–1:500 for IF, and the immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the human SERC2 sequence (amino acids 341–390), targeting a protein with an observed molecular weight of approximately 50 kDa. Each lot is affinity-purified from rabbit serum using the immunizing peptide, and the product is intended for research use only. For long-term stability, the antibody should be stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze–thaw cycles to preserve binding activity.
