Description
Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Septin 6, validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and detects endogenous levels of Septin 6 protein.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 267–312 of Human Septin 6. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 50 kDa.
