Anti-Septin 3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against Septin 3 (also known as neuronal-specific septin-3, SEP3 or SEPTIN3) and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot of liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL. The unconjugated antibody is of the IgG isotype and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen (a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human Septin 3), allowing it to detect endogenous levels of the Septin 3 protein. Recommended applications include Western Blotting (WB) and ELISA, and the antibody has been validated for reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance. Intended for research use only, it is not suitable for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
