Anti-Septin 1 (D205) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, targets Septin 1 (D205) and is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The unconjugated reagent is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is validated for use in western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 169-224 of human Septin 1 and specifically detects endogenous levels of the Septin 1 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 42 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
