Anti-SEPT7 Antibody

Raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent, this unconjugated IgG antibody specifically recognizes septin 7 (SEPT7), a GTP-binding protein of the septin family that assembles into cytoskeletal filaments and diffusion barriers required for cytokinesis, membrane compartmentalization, and ciliogenesis. Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows, the antibody detects SEPT7 across human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting studies of cell division, neuronal cytoskeleton organization, and primary cilium biology where septin filaments scaffold microtubule and actin networks.
