Anti-SEPT2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified against a recombinant human SEPT2 immunogen, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as an unconjugated antiserum at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume. The antibody is validated for Western blotting at a working dilution of 1:500 – 1:2000 and for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and it has been confirmed to detect endogenous levels of total SEPT2 in human and mouse samples. The formulation is phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. Vials are shipped at 4 °C and, once received, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
