Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises SEPSECS and is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF). The unconjugated reagent was raised in rabbit using recombinant full-length human SEPSECS as immunogen, and it specifically detects endogenous levels of the SEPSECS protein in human samples.
The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen and is reported to be greater than 95% pure as judged by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 55 kDa.
