Anti-Seprase Antibody

Offered through the Antibodies.com catalogue, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human Seprase (FAP), enabling sensitive detection of endogenous Seprase protein across multiple experimental platforms. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. Cross-reactivity has been confirmed in Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making the reagent well suited to comparative studies in cell and tissue lysates. Each lot is purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, helping to minimise background. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
