Anti-SENP6 Antibody

Polyclonal rabbit antibody raised against the SUMO-specific protease SENP6, supplied as an unconjugated 100 µl aliquot by Antibodies.com. This reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows and reacts with human SENP6, a nuclear SUMO deconjugase that regulates desumoylation of substrate proteins and is implicated in chromatin-associated processes and ribosome biogenesis.

The antibody is appropriate for studies of SUMO pathway dynamics, including investigation of SENP6-dependent cleavage of poly-SUMO chains on modified substrates.
