Anti-SENP6 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets SUMO/sentrin specific peptidase 6, a nuclear SUMO-specific protease that disassembles poly-SUMO-2/3 chains during the DNA damage response and mitotic progression. Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the unconjugated IgG preparation is validated for Western blot detection of the human, mouse, and rat SENP6 protein. Each vial contains 50 µl of antibody suitable for multiple immunoblot experiments investigating SUMO pathway dynamics, chromatin-associated deSUMOylation, and post-translational regulation across species.
