Anti-SENP5 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against SENP5, also known as Sentrin-specific protease 5 or Sentrin/SUMO-specific protease SENP5. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and has been shown to react with Human and Mouse samples.

It was generated using a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human SENP5 and detects endogenous levels of total SENP5 protein. The antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a formulation of rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

The reagent is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Two scientific validation images are provided.
