From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against SENP3 (Y24). It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of human SENP3, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of SENP3 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 65 kDa.
