Anti-SENP3 Antibody

Supplied through Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against an internal peptide sequence of human SENP3 (Sentrin/SUMO-specific protease 3), a SUMO-1-specific protease also known as SSP3 or SUSP3. The antibody is provided as an unconjugated, liquid formulation in 50 µL at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, prepared in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography and is intended to detect endogenous levels of total SENP3 protein in research samples. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the reagent has been confirmed to react with both human and mouse material. The vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
