Anti-SENP1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this is a rabbit polyclonal reagent targeting SENP1, validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated antibody is generated in rabbit and reacts with human samples.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal of human SENP1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total SENP1 protein. It is formulated at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
