Anti-SEMA7A Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting human Semaphorin 7a (SEMA7A), supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blotting (WB), with reactivity confirmed against human samples. It was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 45–280 of human SEMA7A (NP_003603.1) and purified by affinity chromatography.

The antibody is provided as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, with the target reported at a molecular weight of 75 kDa. The recommended working dilution for Western blotting is 1:500–1:1,000. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
