Anti-SEMA4A (N532) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 500–546 of Human SEMA4A, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the SEMA4A protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
