Anti-SELL Antibody

An affinity-purified polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, targets SELL (also referred to as CD62L or L-Selectin). The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, and it reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1–100 of human CD62L/L-Selectin (NP_000646.2). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and the reported molecular weight is 75 kDa. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Five scientific validation images are available.
