Anti-SELENBP1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent targets SELENBP1 (also known as 56 kDa selenium-binding protein, MTO, SBP, SBP56, or Selenium-binding protein 1) and is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL format. The antibody was raised against a recombinant human SELENBP1 immunogen and detects endogenous levels of total SELENBP1 by Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). It is unconjugated, polyclonal, and validated for reactivity with human and mouse samples. The formulation consists of phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored long-term at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
