Endothelial cells upregulate E-selectin (CD62E) in response to inflammatory cytokines, and the Antibodies.com polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit to detect this inducible adhesion molecule across human, mouse, and rat samples.
Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows, this unconjugated antibody supports translational studies of vascular inflammation across species, including sepsis models, atherosclerotic plaque characterization, and tumor microenvironment profiling where E-selectin expression on tumor-associated vasculature is being investigated.
Each vial contains 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum suitable for immunoblotting of cell lysates and chromogenic or fluorescent IHC on fixed tissue sections. Store refrigerated and protect from light to preserve reagent integrity across repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
