Anti-SELE Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified for research use only, this polyclonal reagent is supplied by Antibodies.com as a 50 µl aliquot at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, providing a ready-to-use liquid stock for standard bench workflows. The unconjugated antibody targets SELE (also known as E-selectin / CD62E) and has been validated for Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples. Reported purity is greater than 95% by the manufacturer's estimate, and the polyclonal format allows recognition of multiple epitopes on the endogenous SELE protein, supporting reliable detection in whole-cell lysates and fixed tissue sections. For Western Blot, the high concentration enables flexible dilution across a wide working range, while the glycerol-containing buffer permits convenient storage at -20 °C without freeze-thaw losses thanks to the cryoprotectant.
