Anti-SELE Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 22–230 of human SELE (NP_000441.2). The antibody is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The recommended western blot dilution is 1:500–1:1,000.
