Anti-SEL1L Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises SEL1L, an adaptor subunit of the ERAD E3 ubiquitin ligase that is tissue-enriched in the pancreas. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 22–190 of human SEL1L (NP_005056.3) and was isolated by affinity purification. The target protein has a molecular weight of 102 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is shipped at 4°C. Upon receipt, aliquots should be stored at −20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.
