Anti-Secretin Receptor Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this research-grade polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against the human Secretin Receptor (SCTR), a G protein-coupled receptor of the glucagon-VIP-secretin family involved in pancreatic bicarbonate, electrolyte and volume secretion. The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated, liquid IgG preparation at a working concentration of 1 mg/ml, packaged in a 50 µl vial suitable for routine immunodetection workflows. Validated applications include Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry (IF/ICC) and ELISA, with reactivity confirmed against human samples.
