Anti-SEC24C Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to SEC24C, available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use only. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with human samples. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with recommended dilutions of WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 915–1094 of human SEC24C (NP_004913.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 118 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is purified by affinity purification. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
