Anti-Sec23B (V544) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Sec23B (V544), supplied as an unconjugated reagent validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on human and mouse samples. The antibody is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 510–560 of human Sec23B, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of the Sec23B protein, which has a reported molecular weight of approximately 86 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
