Anti-SEC11A Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against SEC11A, supplied by Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated and presented as a liquid preparation. It is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 37–145 of human SEC11A (NCBI reference NP_055115.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 21 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon delivery, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Three scientific validation images are available.
