Anti-SDHB Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises SDHB. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 29–280 of human SDHB (NP_002991.2), it detects a target with a molecular weight of 32 kDa.

Supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, the reagent has been purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon arrival; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
