Anti-SDCBP Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this mouse-derived monoclonal reagent is raised against SDCBP (Syntenin) and is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot of an affinity-purified, unconjugated IgG2b antibody in a stabilizing buffer of 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4) with 150 mM NaCl, 0.2% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The estimated purity exceeds 95%, and the preparation is intended for research use only. Validated for Western blot (WB) detection of endogenous human SDCBP, the antibody is reported to recognize a band of approximately 32 kDa in cell lysates such as HeLa, with a recommended working dilution around 1:1000. Reactivity has been confirmed for human samples, and the host species, clonality and isotype (mouse, monoclonal, IgG2b) make it well suited for routine immunoblotting workflows. For optimal stability, the vial should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, with short-term handling at 4 °C and avoidance of repeated freeze/thaw cycles. As supplied, the conjugate is unconjugated, allowing users to couple the antibody to their preferred reporter label or to use it directly with secondary detection reagents.
